- Black boards with gold print. 216pp. Ex-libris pasted to the inside of the front cover. The pages are bright and clean. Only four thousand copies produced. Light shelf lean with light rubbing to the boards. Light nudging to the spine ends. The jacket has toning throughout, rubbing with color loss to the corners, spine ends, spine edges and to the top edge of the cover. Light chipping to the spine ends and corners of the jacket. The jacket is unclipped and has had a protective poly cover added.
