- Blue boards with gold print. First UK edition. 191pp. There is a slight upward curve to the front cover. Foyles at Charing Cross Road sticker to the inside of the front cover. Due to a manufacturer defect the title page and pages 6,7,10,11,14,15,18,19,22,23,26,27,30 and 31 are blank. Page 15 has writing in pencil from a previous owner that seem to be directions to another copy where the missing pages can be read. The jacket is in excellent unclipped condition with light toning throughout. Faint soiling to the rear of the jacket. The jacket corners have very light rubbing, and a protective poly cover has been added. This is a very unique copy.
