Pricing

$50 per hour

Availability will vary week to week. Please let us know if you’d like to rent on a recurring weekly or monthly basis.

$250 / 6 hours (half day)

Time block options: 8am – 2pm / 2pm – 8pm

Access to the door key will be provided through a one-time use code. Key must be returned to the safe-box after the event.

$500 / full day

6am – Midnight

Access to the door key will be provided through a one-time use code. Key must be returned to the safe-box after the event.

For half or full day rentals we require a $50 non-refundable deposit to hold the rental date(s). If renting for multiple days, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit for each day.

 

Policies 

Rental Fee Due Date

Rental fees are due five (5) days prior to the scheduled event. If payment is not made by the due date and no arrangements have been made with the Venue, the event is subject to cancellation.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Per Hour

Cancellations: 24-hour notice is required to receive a full refund.

Rescheduling: 24-hour notice is required. If 24-hour notice is provided, the per hour fee will be applied to the rescheduled date.

Half Day & Full Day

Cancellations: 24-hour notice is required to receive a refund for the rental cost minus the non-refundable $50 deposit.

Rescheduling: 24-hour notice is required. If 24-hour notice is provided, the $50 deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date. You may only reschedule your event once. If a 2nd reschedule is needed*, the current event will be cancelled, and we will need an additional non-refundable $50 deposit to schedule a new date. Please keep in mind, if you request to reschedule with any frequency, you may not be approved for future rental dates.

*With 24-hour notice. No refund will be provided if notice of cancellation or rescheduling is past the 24-hour deadline.

 

Closed Group Eligibility

  • Closed Gaming/Hobby Groups (not open to the public)
  • Private Parties: Birthday Party, Baby Shower, Engagement Party, etc.
  • Team Building Event for Employees/Students 

 

Community Events Eligibility

  • Non-Profits
  • Open Gaming/Hobby Groups (actively accepting new players)
  • Free events with the purpose of benefiting the community

 

For-Profit Events Eligibility

  • Vendor Markets
  • Ticketed Shows
  • Paid Classes or Workshops
